The Fire Mass at Fire Pit – A Night That Ignited All My Senses

This past Thursday, October 16th, I had the pleasure of attending, along with Frankie Romero, a truly unique dinner at FIRE PIT meat & grill Restaurant inside the Hotel Peñasco del Sol. 💫
From the very first course, I knew this wasn’t going to be just another dinner:
🥩 “Sacred Incense” — tender beef brisket baked with plantain, a creative mix of sweet and smoky.
🍖 Second course: Thinly shaved filet smoked over BBQ woods — juicy, aromatic, unforgettable.
🥗 Third course: Fresh lettuces paired with grilled picanha, balancing greens and fire perfectly.
🍋 Fourth course: A citrus and mint granita to refresh the palate.
🔥 Fifth course – Duel of Beef: Braised short rib and confit arrachera, pure indulgence in every bite.
And then… dessert heaven 🍰✨:
✨ Golden Ecstasy — filo tart filled with ricotta and mascarpone.
☕ Forbidden Pleasure — an éclair filled with silky coffee cream.
🍫 Peaceful Sin — dense chocolate brownie cake, the sweetest finale.
Throughout the night, the wine flowed freely, the fire crackled, and the energy was intimate and vibrant. 🍷🔥 The attention to detail was exceptional, the service flawless, and the experience — simply unforgettable.
💫 The best part? These exclusive “Fire Mass” dinners will now take place once a month or by special reservation for groups of at least three people. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining ritual by the sea, surrounded by flavor, passion, and great company. ❤️
