“La Mestiza” – A Perfect Fusion of Sonoran & Asian Flavors
La Mestiza is a hidden gem that beautifully fuses Sonoran and Mexican flavors with Asian cuisine. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was bright, colorful, and welcoming — full of charming details that made me feel right at home. 🏡 It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal.
We started off with a refreshing hibiscus drink 🌺 paired with our appetizer, which was their broccoli special 🥦 — a very flavorful start.
Then came their wonderful pork and chorizo spicy ponzu dumplings 🥟🔥, which could be paired with all three of their different sauces. It was truly the perfect blend of spicy and savory flavor.
The Vietnamese veggie rolls with ponzu sauce were also fantastic — fresh, light, and full of flavor, especially dipped in their cilantro sauce.
Finally, we had the mixed fried rice with ponzu sauce Mestiza 🍚 — and it was incredible, especially with their fried rice and shrimp paired together. 🌟
The staff was kind, attentive, and happy to answer all of our questions. 😊 Their friendliness added to the overall experience and made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, La Mestiza is a must-visit! The food, the atmosphere, and the service all come together to create something truly special. We will definitely be coming back soon! 🙌
